Dr Jan Toledano & Dr Amalia Annaradnam's passion for promoting bio-identical hormone therapy inspired them to set up London Hormone Clinic, where they can combine their extensive knowledge, shared ideology and approach to patient care.

Dr Jan Toledano MBBS MA (Oxon) DFFP was born in South Africa and grew up in London. After reading Medicine at Oxford University and University College London she qualified in 1994 with a distinction in surgery.

Following her internship, Jan spent two years training in paediatrics at University College Hospital and Great Ormond Street. Jan went on to specialise in sexual health (genitourinary) medicine, spending 10 years as a specialist at St Bartholomew’s Hospital with a focus on family planning and women’s health. She holds the Diploma of the Faculty of Family Planning. She also has extensive experience in men’s sexual health.

As well as many years working in sexual health medicine, Jan’s experience working in endocrinology, dermatology and metabolic medicine has given her a comprehensive base from which to address the needs of patients.

Jan is especially interested in the psychological aspects of her patients. (She has trained in developmental psychology at The Anna Freud Centre in London.)

Jan gained extensive experience in bio-identical hormone treatments working at The Marion Gluck Clinic where she saw patients and trained others for over seven years.

Jan attends many international teaching programmes and conferences including Neil Rouzier’s world renowned course.

Jan’s way of practicing provides the best in conventional evidence based medicine, together with a unique sensitivity and thoughtful approach to her patients.

She is a member of the British Menopause Society and an Associate of the Royal College of Gynaecologists and Obstetricians
